SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping Policy
Erker’s Fine Eyewear offers complimentary shipping to all customers within the United States. Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5 business days. For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options, which may be fulfilled through FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion. Please note that delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and express shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this time, including those placed over the weekend, will be processed the next business day. Our team takes great care in hand-packing and inspecting each order to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Please Note: Certain specialty products may incur additional shipping and handling fees, which will be indicated at checkout.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping via DHL at a flat rate of $65. International shipping times vary based on the destination country, with an average delivery window of 3–6 business days. Please be aware that customs fees, VAT, or import duties imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value on customs forms.
If you wish to return an internationally shipped item, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please visit our dedicated returns page and provide your order number.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE or custom/prescription lenses are non-refundable.
- Gift cards and damaged items (not due to our error) are non-returnable.
Important: Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Fees
For domestic returns, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges, however, are free of charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for international orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items marked as FINAL SALE.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please email us at [insert appropriate email, e.g., returns@erkers.com] for assistance. Note that exchanges are only offered for defective items, not damaged items caused by customer handling.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after being notified of approval:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- Contact your bank if there are additional delays.

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift credit upon return. For such cases, a gift certificate will be issued to you once the return is processed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
